8-weeks to Muscle Ups

From zero to muscle up in 8 weeks. This program will focus on the strength and skills necessary to master the bar and ring muscle up.
If you can do strict pull ups and strict ring dips, but can't do muscle ups, this class is for you!
Each week you will be given homework assignments to work on during the week and all participants will be held accountable!
